How to Reset Administrator Password (If You Don't Have Factory Default)
This is more a hypothetical question but I could easily see this as a real-world scenario in some places:
If you have lost the administrator password to a Virtual Connect most guides say to do a factory reset. The factory default password is written on a label. However what if the label has been ripped off (maybe someone thought it would be easier to configure it at their desk and they forgot to re-attach the label)?
Is there any way to either set the administrator password to a known value, pre-calculate the factory default password or otherwise be able to get administrator access? I would guess that the HP support dump has the password value and they might be able to tell you what that is if you can prove you are the system owner but I just wondered if anyone has ever run into this kind of issue?
Thanks,
-Dan

I don't know if they updated the document, but it's page 117 now, thanks.
