HP Sim not showing blades correctly

Ive upgraded the firmware to the latest release on the enclosures and power supplies but for some reason i still cant see the top enclosure

any ideas

Can you see the rack view from an ilo in the top enclousure?

Are any of the ilo's in the top enclousure reporting to SIM?

I had the same issues until I discovered the ilo's in SIM
