Setting up Onboard Administrator (OA) for Directory Groups
Chad was having an issue with Directory Groups:
****************
I have an account trying to setup Directory authentication with their OAs. Everything worked except for the Authorization even though the group created in AD (OA_Admins) has admin rights within the OA. Does the group need to be a certain type of group in the directory?

I had the same issue until I put the correct value within the search context. You need to put the parent OU of the users, not the domain group.

Comments or other suggestions for Chad?
