c7000 - OA, VC and ILO re-ip question

hi

i need to re-ip our C7000 chassis, OA, ILO and VC (Flex) and im wondering if anybody here has done it before and could share some thoughts. 

ILO is easy, im not concerned about that.

more concerned about the other components and what will happen if the IP is changed.
will there be any impact to the environment and our blade servers?
im thinking no because we are just changing the management ips.. so i dont see how that could impact the blade servers/vms.

my thoughts are to change the standby module first... failover services then do the other module.. would that be the right approach ?

any thoughts and feedback are greatly appreciated
