how to configure access list in hp5510 switch to stop inter vlan routing except one server

Hi team in my organization 2nos HP5500 switch with HA (IRF) configured. now my boss to stop inter vlan routing and only one server (office CRM) will be accessible from all invironment .

total 20nos vlan are configured.

I am configureing ACL but not succeeded . So assist me to complete my task .
