3CRWEASYG73 to 3CRWEASY96A Compatibility Question
I'm trying to verify some of the backup equipment in our network is compatible. I have a spare 3CRWEASY96A (B Only) and I'm testing it against a 3CRWEASYG73 (B & G Wireless) bridge. I've gone through the manual and can't find any information saying the units are/aren't compatible with each other. I've tested them and can't get them to work but before I assume they won't work I figured I'd ask.
I've done the following to try and get these bridges to work together.
1) Lowered the speed on both bridges to be 11Mbbs
2) Verified they were on the same channel
3) Manually entered the mac address of the other side as a peer to peer ad hoc network
After doing this the bridges will not talk to each other. Can anyone tell me are these bridges compatible with each other?
