I only mention the "cache mode enable=on" because the OS is very sensitive to I/O latency on either the boot LUN or the Page LUN. If Windows sees delays in responses when reading or writing to the boot LUN it will blue screen. Application drives tend to be a little more lenient on IO delays.

The only thing tha springs to mind is the cache mode setting. turning it on should speed things up.
