Error in Command View EVA with a EVA4100
Hello.
After some problems with electricity a have an alarm in disk array of a EVA 4100 (2C1D).
In CV Eva, in the disk array tab, i have the event code: "0d8d9011 severity: Critical - failure or failure imminent. A drive enclousure transciver error has been detected."
In the back of the disk array, in the small led screen, it apears the error: 0F 01 02.
Both transceivers led are green and in CV there are no other error except the one i describe above.
how can i see what transceiver is failed or if is failed?
Does anyone had some error like that?
I have already power off the EVA4100 and check all connectivity but the error presists.
Can anyone help me?

Re: Error in Command View EVA with a EVA4100
Hi,
You could try reseating the fibre cables to each side of the enclosure...
However if you have an EVA4100 then it will almost certainly be under maintenance. Why don't you ask HP directly for a definitive answer, rather than use the forums ?
Cheers,
Rob

Re: Error in Command View EVA with a EVA4100
Hi, EMU error code 0.F. 01. 02 means I/O Xcvr lost signal - check cabling (in enclosure 1).
But as it's a EVA4100, it has no switches and the errors in a loop can be caused by a falty cable or disk anywhere in the loop. This needs to be checked by a support engineer using the tools they have.
