MSA500G2 FAN issue
customer found that there are some FAN1 of MSA500G2 failure error message in Proliant Server IML log, but two FANs LED are both green , and customer try to unplug left FAN and found new error message "FAN1 failure" in IML , and then re-plugin left FAN , and unplug right FAN , and found that same "FAN1 failure " in IML.
so why there are some FAN1 failure in IML if unplug any fan of MSA500G2.
also customer also found that power supply has same issue.
I test MSA500G2 in my LAB , that customer 's feedback is true.
so need your help to find the root cause ,
thanks !
