NetRaid 4SI Issue on LH4

I've got an issue on a LH4 server after reboot.
The Netraid process stops at boot with error "adapter at baseport XXXX is not responding". Does anybody has encountered this issue. I stopped the server (switch off)during one minutes, then started again the server : The Netraid process ran with a Raid partition degarded but the OS booted normally. A disk was detected as failed.

Sounds like you have a faulty controller
