Lets try to restart ARMServer from the startup script and then we'll check the log file to see what could be possibly wrong.
# /sbin/init.d/hparray stop
# /sbin/init.d/hparray start
Take a look at the content of the file /opt/hpC2400/HPARRAY.INFO, probably towards the end. That should indicate what could be wrong with the startup. Post the output here.

Danny, looks like you have problems with shared library /usr/lib/libm.1... Could you please check if it's readable and not corrupt? I would check /usr/lib/dld.sl library also
