EVA 8000 and Windows 2003 R2 32-bit

Hello,
I have Windows 2003 R2 32-bit running on HP Blade server booting from SAN. I have SQL 2005 running on this machine. I have two SAN drives one for booting another or data. I am experiencing some kind of I/O delay in accessing SAN drive. When I tried to restore 4GB database it's taking almost an hour to complete. I tried restoring the same database on another blade running 64-bit 2008 and 32-bit SQL2005. It restored the database within five minutes. Does anyone know of any issues between Windows 2003 R2 32-bit and EVA-8000 SAN? Please let me know where to look.
