EVA4000 RSS Disk state None and Leveling state Pending

I shutdown the EVA4000 to add two more drive enclosure. When I turned on the EVA4000, I noticed one drive failed. I removed it, reinserted it and it failed again. I replaced it with a good one.

Now, the disk group is in Attention Operation state. I keep getting a pop-up message about hardware failure has occur in a disk group. Leveling state: Pending
Leveling progress: 100%
RSS Drive state: None
Check Storage System disk Redundancy: Not protected by disk drive redundancy.

Restarted CommandView service seems to help resolve the problem.
