High Track - Call Home

We have a POTS line for High Track but we still have to dial 9 to get out. Isn't the software capable of dialling 9 first and then the required number?

Ours goes through our phone switch and works fine. Do you use a comma in the string. Often times a PC dials the 9 and continues on with the rest of the number before the switch has given you an outside line. Try 9,,1rest of number
This will give a couple second pause before continuing with the rest of the number.

And I assume that it's still an analog line; even though it?s going through a switch right?

Hi-Track can dial a 9 for an outside line. Try Dave Wherry's suggestion. If you continue to have trouble, call HP. Its their job to make sure Hi-Track can phone home properly (excluding phone line issues).
