MSA1000 doesn't start anymore: freezed at 510 message
Hi,
We needed to shutdown the MSA1000 and two Windows2003 servers that were connected to it. But when we tried to start up again the whole landscape, the MSA1000 freezed at 510 message (INITIALIZING FIBRE SUBSYSTEM). We've checked the network and every fiber led on the rear shows that there is network link on everyone. All the disks are on green status. The controller status leds shows that: 0, 1, 2 and 9 are switched on.
We've started first the MSA1000 and then the servers, as always. Never failed before.
We don't know whatelse we can do/check.
Anybody has seen such situation?
Thanks a lot in advance,
J. Gras
PD: I'm on a remote office, far away from where the MSA1000 is. But can connect remotely to the servers connected to it, and also we have a contact there that can reboot the systems phisically if necessary.

Re: MSA1000 doesn't start anymore: freezed at 510 message
Hi,
We have unplugged power cable of MSA1000 for a while, plugged again and everything started without problems.
We supose that this action has cleaned the cache from unfinished operations.
Regards,
J. Gras
