P400 Parity Initialization Status - Initialization Failed
Hello,
I had a power surge and had to replace 2 hard drives in RAID5 array.
After deleting, recreating and rebuilding logical drive, there is no warnings/errors in ACU, but it says:
Parity Initialization Status - Initialization Failed
I've attached a screenshot

and ADU report

What could cause this? Should I be very worried? And how can I fix this?
Thank you in advance.

Re: P400 Parity Initialization Status - Initialization Failed
Drive 2I:1:3 and 2I:1:4 multiple instances of Medium Error (0x03) which could be one of the reason for the Logical Drive initilization failure as I see Controller Firmware is up to date and I was unable to find any other errors on a quick glance.
You may contact HP Technical Support to get the disk replaced, if you have a valid entitlement.
