Let's say your hp-ux host has fcd devices, e.g.
/dev/fcd0
get the port WWN
# fcmsutil /dev/fcd0
and present your vdisk to this WWN.
Caution: make sure to present in hp-ux mode!

Hi,
If the cache batteries have failed, then you will not see any Vdisks. They must be replaced.
