Managing a D2700 via virtual machine

Hello all,

 

I have a D2700 connected to a DL380 G7 with ESXi on. On the ESXi host I have a few virtual machines. I would like to be able to manage the D2700 without having to restart and using the offline ACU CD. Is this possible?

Hi, isn't it possible to get the ACU cli to work on ESXi?
There is a manufacturing diagnostics port on the back, maybe this can be used to manage the enclosure?
