Problem in connecting to the Hitachi 9500 Array

Hi,
I am using Storage Navigator to manage the Hitachi 9500 Array.
It was working fine till yesterday.However,I am not able to connect to the array using the Storage Navigator.
I am getting the error as
'DME000004: An error was detected in the data received from the subsystem.Confirm the sunsystem status and the LAN environment,and then try again'

Can anyone please help ?
