SAN Switch 2/16 Factory Reset

We had one of these in storage and now we're breaking it our for some testing. Small problem, though, we no longer have the admin password. In my searching I've found that there is supposed to be an image somewhere to download that resets the unit to factory default. Any help would be appreciated.

you could try the root or factory account and after successful login, you can change your admin password...

Thanks. I don't have any of the passwords, and this is the only switch. Any pointers as to where I can get that firmware image from? I tried the Brocade site, but I don't know which Brocade model this HP part corresponds to.

HP SAN Switch 2/16 = Genuine Brocade 3800.

Note the Firmware Image don't solve the password problem.

You need to call HP, they can generate a new password for you.
