Address and timezone fields in HP Passport

On the Edit my HP Passport Profile page, one can enter an address, and it says that selecting a country will customise the address fields.

But it does not. Selecting Australia it still says ZIP code, mailstop, and other things we don't have in Australia.

Also, why do we have to set the timezone settings twice, once in HP passport, and once in the Board preferences?

I don't see any obvious changes here either.

One is HP Passport and the other is Lithium?  ;-)
