Auto Inventory is not working

Hi There,

Before when I was loading tapes for Incremental/Full backup tapes. After scaning 100% autoinventory was started. But from few days Auto inventory is not running. I am doing inventory manually from right clicking each tapes from Arcserve backup colsole. 

Kindly suggest me to resolve this issue.
