How to extract a list of defects from ALM with all field via OTA/API

Team

One of my customers needs to extract the list of Defects for every project in ALM including all the field on them via OTA/API.

Any querry you can suggest?

ALM product portfolio was part of HPE Software which is now part of Micro Focus, you will therefore need to repost this to: https://community.softwaregrp.com/t5/Quality-Center-ALM/ct-p/sws-QC
