Just bought new Laserjet m712 and can't make Postscript work properly
I was sent here but I dont think anyone is going to be able to answer this. We just got a Laserjet m712 specifically because it supports both postscript and Windows XP. Dont even ask why we have to use XP. We just do. The problem is that the driver that comes with it doesnt seem to have postscript ability, We are trying to make halftones and adjust the dot. We think we need a ppd file to go with the driver but there doesnt seem to be one anywhere, We tried the universal printer driver because people said that worked. Well it sort of works and there is a fine screen in the halftone but we need to adjust the dot and we need the ppd. I think we are going to have to send it back and try something else.
Thank you

Hi @CSaucier,
You have reached the wrong company for Printers and PC products. You need to register and post in the HP Inc. Support Forum.
