Unrecoverable error in application

Недавно столкнулся с проблемой:

Есть HPSM v9.50, настроенный не полностью. Мне нужно настроить возможность создавать заявки в ServiceDesk с самого портала для пользователей.
Создаю по инструкции Оператора с самообслуживанием и под ним пытаюсь создать заявку (/ess.do)
Заявка создается, но в сообщения получаю вот это:
Unrecoverable error in application:  Rule.callWizard on panel call.process
Unrecoverable error in application: se.call.process on panel call.rad.1
Unrecoverable error in application: Subscriptions.select.subscriptions on panel select.2
Field de.sm.device.display.name not mapped to the database (Subscriptions.select.subscriptions,select.2)
Field \"de.sm.device.display.name\" used in query is not mapped or mapped to Blob/Clob/Text/Image. (Subscriptions.select.subscriptions,select.2)
В русском варианте выглядит крайне ужасно...

Я заполнил в системе все, до чего руки дотянулись, но видимо, что-то пропустил.
