DLT8000 patch for HPUX 10.20

Could anyone please tell me patch required for
DLT8000 on HP9000 K580 running 10.20.
The DLT is claimed OK ,connected via HSC card,
but get error message when attempting to read or write "output file /dev/rmt/0m encountered an IO error"

Just make sure that you don't reinstall patches if you have them already installed especially 16751 should never be reinstalled.
