HP Pavillon dv5 installation problem with Vodafone Broadband USB Stick

Hi,

I'm having problems installing the Vodafone USB broadband stick onto my laptop. It doesn't fully install, and comes up with a message saying something about System.Execution.Engine.Execption.It also says that i do not have a registered JIT Debugger on my laptop so it can not install this. I think it is something to do with the installation process on the laptop as i've had this kind of trouble before. I've been to the Vodafone shop and it's not the USB stick. Can anyone help?
