Modem driver for omnibook 6000
I installed RedHat 7.1 on my Omnibook 6000, then I patched it with kernel 2.4.10.
In any case there is no driver for the 3com mini PCI modem V90/56K.
The lspci display an 3com comunication Unknown device. The 3com ethernet card, which is function 0 works fine.
I seems that the modem driver does not exist at all. Do someone found a driver for this modem ?
Thanks, Franco

Re: Modem driver for omnibook 6000
It seems that HP is working on it, but is not finished. Maybe you could find more info on http://linmodems.org/ or http://www.linux-laptop.net/
