When I print an HTML email message from the open mail item, I only print the header information, i.e. I only get the sender, date, etc... but not the body of the mail!
I'm sure its something silly but its got me scratching my head!
Regards
Kevin

Solution
This seems to be a typical symptom and there is probably a service pack update for outlook or IE that you need to install.
For example:
"HTML Messages with Pictures Do Not Print Correctly After You Install Internet Explorer 5.5 SP1 or 6.0"

Re: Outlook 2002 (xp)
Not sure if this is why, but hope it helps.
Go into Internet Explorer, then Internet Options, then under the Advanced Tab, then go down to printing and check the print background images and pictures box.
