Swap and FC Mass Storage Software

I have two questions:

1. I need instructions on adding swap on the fly without having to reboot. I have 3 gig of physical memory and when running swapinfo it says 92% used. How much swap should I try to add.

2. I'm trying to install HP PCI Tachyon TL Fibre Channel Software from the September 2000 applications CD and I received error's because it needs FC MASS Storage FCMS-Run and FC MASS Storage FCMS-KRN. I can't find this software anywhere.

2- you need to install the following patch: PHKL_21834 FCMS:Fibre:Channel:Mass:Storage:Driver
