Dear Experts

how can I change day(sun, mon, etc) or month from the command line ? le me plz know the exact syntax.

check the man page: man date
As an example, to set the current time and date to July 31, 11:16pm, type ``date 07312316''

date [-u|--utc|--universal] [MMDDhhmm[[CC]YY][.ss]]
