AFAIK SAW ist the portal for HP partners with storageworks certification. Contact your partner account manager for login credentials.

I belong to an HP partner and I opened a support case with HP (2 years ago) and finally access was denied.

SAW portal has lots of critical information (bugs/flaws/issues) which HP doesn't want to share with partners hence only employees will have access to it.

Hello,

depending on you partner status you can get access to it. But you must have a high status and you have to do service for HP. Otherwise you can't get an access to SAW. AFAIK it's only for service- not business-partners.
