monitoring new server

Can some body advice me to have monitoring of both rx8640 hardware and 11.31 OS, through SMNP traps.

please explain me.

You need to have a monitoring system on another server that can receive these traps? These monitoring systems are large and complicated environments that can collect data from many servers and record statistics over time about server performance and capacity.
