N4000-44 running HPUX 11.0 and June 2001 general
batch bundle. After installation of 3 CPUs and 2 A5158A
FC cards, EMS once a day reports scsi errors on all attached scsi devices (internal drives and surestore
external DVD - it also reports errors on dual vhdci fwd scsi card attached to a storagetek 9133 (clariion scsi raid
array) Events all have event #100173). Has anyone seen this type of problem. Note the system seems to be running with no problem with no messages aoppearing in syslog or via dmesg.

Re: N4000-44/11.0 EMS reports 100173 on all scsi devices
Thanks Mike, I read the info which helped me to decide to install the June 2001 Support Plus bundle.
It's been two days and EMS is only complaining about the STK 9133 scsi array the daily complains about all the other scsi devices has not returned since installation of the bundle - which is ok since
ems has never successfully monitored that device
(and it is soon to be replaced by an XP512)
