Re: Changing the DATE in Management Processor on rp4440

Brett,

as far as I know, the time settings in a non-npar system like yours have to be configured at BCH level (COnfiguration menu -> TIme). You may display only the time in MP.

Hope this helps!

Re: Changing the DATE in Management Processor on rp4440

I guess your MP does only show the time and does not allow to change it.
Next time you reboot your server stop at BCH (Boot Console Handler) and check the time setting. I want to explain it that way: In npartition systems (cell based) the MP provides the date/time to each partition or use it's own, but in non-npar systems the MP uses the systems time setting.

Hope this helps!

Re: Changing the DATE in Management Processor on rp4440

Brett, anywhere you see "unassigned" under a reply to your post there have been no points assigned. You need to manually assign points, as you see fit, to each reply. Please don't just give 10 points to each answer, that doesn't help anyone searching on your thread topic.

Here's the points system in a nutshell:

o N/A: The answer was simply a point of clarification to my original question

o 1-3: The answer didn't really help answer my question, but thanks for your assistance!

o 4- 7: The answer helped with a portion of my question, but I still need some additional help!

o 8-10: The answer has solved my problem completely! Now I'm a happy camper!

By the way, you don't need to assign points to my post, it's for clarification only!

Thanks, Tim
