Brocade Switch Perf Mon

I have a Brocade 48k switch on which I have an FCIP blade. I have setup a tunnel for replication to another loacation over two ds-3 links.

FC port 24 - connects to GigE port 0

FC port 25 - connects to GigE port 1

When generate graphs for port throughput for both the GigE ports in Performance Monitor, both the ports show data flowing through them. But when I look at the FC ports, only one port shows data tx/rx.

how can this be ? see attached image.
