EVA4400 - Disk groups and good practice
Hi
I have recently been given the responsibility of administering an EVA4400. There are currently 40 disks at present, but it is intended to add a more disk to it.
Is it good practice to have one Default disk Group for all the disks, especially if one disk has to be ungrouped and levelled?
Thanks

Re: EVA4400 - Disk groups and good practice
This really depends, but more disks = more performance in general.
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.
