Event Code: 0400031c HSV200 controller operation was terminated

Hi,
Im got the following and i have restarted EVA it working fine now. can one tell why this error came and how stop this error in further.

HSV200 controller operation was terminated due to an unrecoverable event detected by either software or hardware or due to an action initiated via the Storage System Management Interface.

The EVA just rebooted after losing power:

2009-jun-22 07:57:42 FP1 back online
2009-jun-22 09:22:02 Slave controller booting
2009-jun-22 09:22:18 Termination code: 0x04240960 (TC:0x04240960 (*Power failed.*)); (slave controller)
2009-jun-22 09:22:20 Termination code: 0x04240960 (TC:0x04240960 (*Power failed.*)); (master controller)
2009-jun-22 09:26:05 Master controller booting

The messages on the log are normal after an unexpected shutdown.

Thanks for the support and sorry for the delay in reply, but our UPS is connected with 4 servers, switch and EVA. Servers and switch are working without any problem and they are not rebooted. How is it possiable only EVA alone reboots. Please clarfiy me in this. thanks in advance.

There are messages of the power supplies losing power, and 2 hours later both controllers rebooted with the message "Power failed".

Either they lost power or someone powered then off.
