Invalid Key '89' Adding snapshot licence file MSA2000I

HI,

I have been trying to activate snapshot 8 Software on a HP MSA 2000I but am getting an error "Invalid Key '89'"

Any Ideas. Hp Support have so far been unhelpful.

To resolve this issue, use the Spare Number (SN) of HP StorageWorks 2000 MSA generated in the SMU WEB interface. You should not use the SN of physical server for generating license keys.

Generate license keys by using the SN from HP License Key Delivery Service: https://webware.hp.com/welcome.asp

If thats the Case as it seems to me (I should have a J100 instead of a M100) how do you reset the key as I can't from manage my keys page
