P4000 CMC Installer - DOM Parser error
Hi I'm trying to install the P4000 CMC on Windows 2003 R2 service pack 2, when I try to install I get the following error:-
"Parse error at line1, column1: unexpected end of file"
If I click ok on the error I then get a blank installation screen and cannot install the software.

Re: P4000 CMC Installer - DOM Parser error
Hi, for anybody that has this issue in the future, I've resolved the problem by removing MSXML6 SP2, I suspect HP may get a lot of support requests on this in the future!
