Re: San Switch Configupload having problem
Where are you trying to store the config (FTP, USB etc)?
Is the file uploaded at all on the FTP-server?
Do you see any login action on the ftp-server?
Is for example supportsave working to the same server?

Re: San Switch Configupload having problem
configupload [-all] [-p ftp | -ftp] [â hostâ ,â userâ ,â pathâ ,[â passwdâ ]]
Can you try to run that so we can see the syntax of what you put in when you run the configupload in interactive mode?
How about a hareboot or a complete reboot? Would either of them be possible?

Re: San Switch Configupload having problem
Try with steps
switch1:admin> configupload
Server Name or IP Address [host]: 1.2.3.4
User Name [user]: matty
File Name [config.txt]: switch1_config.txt
Protocol (RSHD or FTP) [rshd]: ftp
Password:
upload complete
After the configuration is uploaded, you will have a text file with you switches configuration on the remote server:
$ ls -l sw*
-rw-r--r-- 1 matty other 7342 Jul 7 09:15 switch1_config.txt
