problem in running and connecting to EVA8400 !!!

Hello !

I have a problem with HSV-450 controller.

this message is shown on the OCP of Controllers :

(Waiting for user input at console)

i tried to connect serial port to controller but they didn’t match !!

we used RJ-45 connector , but it seems not to be compatible with this port !!

and we can't manage  EVA8400 by Command View  !!!!!!

which connector is suitable for this ??

what is the best solution ???

 we send two image from EVA8400 !!!

It is the same cable like the MSA1000 / MSA1500 serial cable.
