Oneview SCOM Integration not updating server status in scom

Hello,

Using Oneview 5.2 with MP version 5.3. All our servers are staying in healthy status while in oneview they are displaying correct (critical status). I don't see any errors in de event logs. Also the diagnostic tool is showing no problems. Before upgrade from 4.2 with MP 4.3 status of servers was updated without problem.

Removed oneview from config and re-added but not help.

Strage thing is 2 alerts where triggerd and showing in scom, because 2 servers where unreachable, but overall status of servers stay healthy.

I would suggest opening a support case for this issue.  Unless someone else on the forums here have any further input.

I'll open a case.

For what department do i need to ask, last time that i wanted to open a case for a software issue, the hardware department did not know where to forward my request to.
