Primera SSMC no virtual machines showing

Hello, 

We have installed 2 new Primera 650 and setup HPE SSMC 3.6.

Problem : 

We have no virtual machines showing under Virtual machines page, the list is empty.
It states Virtual Machines 0

Vcenter version 6.5

Connected both to Vcenter with status OK on the Primeras.
-Enabled Topology
-Enabled Avanced system performance and analytics reporting

Please help

a)
Are you able to see the vcenter list in SSMC .( Systems -> (array select) -> Settings(on RHS menu list )-> vCenters pane (right bottom ) ?
b)
Does a restart of SSMC help  ?
c)
Please provide output of

$ netstat -anp | grep 443

If you can generate a support bundle ( TUI -> Collect Support Logs ) and send across , it will be easy for us to troubleshoot.

Additionally you may also quickly check for

d)  any network firewall settings that prevent access  to 443 port of primera from  SSMC  appliance
