SRM 5 Error: "Failed to sync data on replica device" "No remote snapshots were created. None"

Have a P4000 with SANiQ 9.5.00.1215.0 - when I run a planned migration or test and have it synch the changes, SRM fails with:  "Failed to sync data on replica device" "No remote snapshots were created. None".  Seems like other people on the forums have the problem too.  The test and failover works fine if you uncheck the synch option.  Is this normal/expected?  Will it ever be fixed?
