IMC Discovery Options Missing

After installing IMC 5.2, I'm able to log in, but discovery is not available anywhere.  Uder Resource (which is where I understand it's supposed to be) there is no option at all.

Do you have an active/standby IMC setup?

 

Can you click on Resource in the menu bar, then click on Resource Management on the left, then take a screenshot?
