IMC - impossible to backup the configuration

IMC - impossible to backup the configuration

Hi All,

 

i need some help to resolv a problem to backup the configuration of a device through IMC.

 

I works for all the devices except one. The configuration in the device is the same but impossible to get the backup.

 

The logs are in attachement.

 

Does someone can help me ?

What sort of devices & transfer mode are you using?
