Idle IP detection pre-requisites.

We have been looking to use the IP Address Allocation module within IMC. It seems to have it's pros and cons so we are weighing those out right now. However we are unable to get the Idle IP detection to work. There is very little documentation around this, and what the pre-requisites are for this to work? 

I have enabled the feature and set it to detect every hour but it never shows the IP as idle. Can anyone chime in on what needs to be configured for this to work?

-Click "Access Configuration" under Terminal Access menu.

- Then click "Unauthorized Access Processing Policy" in the bottom.

- You can enable "Idle IP Detection Processing Policy" here.
