Is anyone using the Service Operations Manager module?

Hi everyone,

We are shopping around for a new ticketing system and I saw that there is an IMC module called Service Operations Manager.  I'm a big fan of IMC and I can see the value of pooling data from the IMC platform and the end user service requests.  However, I haven't found much information about Service Operations Manager aside from HPE's marketing material. 

Have any of you used this?  What was your impression of it?  Pros/Cons?  Can you point me to where I can find more info about it?
