Calibration of timing of NBX V3000

We were audited for Iso certification and one of the questions of the auditor was:

One of the quality objective is to attend calls within 15 seconds and the same is monitored and measured using a software NBX V3000. No records of the results of verification are maintained. No documentory evidence to demonstrate that the ability of computer software to satisfy the intended application was confirmed .

So my question is: How do you calibrate the hardware to make sure that it is correct when it monitors 15 seconds

What is the ISO cert for ?

What kind of test are you trying to do ?
